I'd say their plans are good value compared to the competition and I get good signal/network coverage in the CBD. Got there in the end, so I'm happy with the result, it was just a bit of a pain to do so. Unfortunately, I couldn't thank the agent properly because once again, my screen turned off and I lost the chat window, fortunately after the upgrade had been processed. So the agent then said he could add on the data to my current plan. I don't need a second phone, that literally wasn't what I was asking for, so I don't know why I was offered it. I was then told I could be offered "something great," which turned out to be a $4 reduction on my current plan, and be given an additional Samsung phone with more data. Spoke with another agent who said he'd do his best to help me, but yet again I had to state my intentions a few times. I was transferred to the "concerned team" (great name, btw). Told the agent I wasn't happy about that and so wouldn't continue. So I had to go through alllll the steps again and again to confirm my identity (I appreciate this is likely in wake of the data breach, but it's still annoying).įinally someone listened to my request, but I was told I couldn't change my plan & keep my number at the same time, which I found strange. Read more ep (waiting on a response from the agent) the messenger window disappeared and there was no obvious way of getting it back, so I lost all contact. Well, if you read the messages I've sent, you'd know the answer to that question.Īnyway, I had to open up in the in-app messenger 3 times because on a couple of occasions when my iPhone screen went to sle. I sent at least 3 messages stating what my intention was, but I just get back "while I bring up your account, please let me know how I may assist you today?". I probably shouldn't have been too surprised, but the agents are essentially robots. I wanted to upgrade my postpaid plan to give me more data, so I used the in-app messaging feature.
